Legal & Policies
Terms & Conditions
Event Reservations & Financials
All private estate bookings require a 50% non-refundable retainer upon contract execution. A separate refundable security deposit is mandatory 30 days prior to the event to cover potential incidental damages to the property's architectural assets.
Capacity & Estate Usage
Estates are strictly contracted for the agreed-upon guest count, not to exceed a maximum capacity of 150 seated guests. Clients and guests must strictly adhere to local noise ordinances and community guidelines after 11:00 PM.
Vendor Exclusivity & Insurance
To safeguard the integrity of our estates, all third-party production, catering, and audiovisual services must be pre-authorized. Approved external vendors must submit a valid Certificate of Insurance (COI) naming Grace Collection as additionally insured no later than 30 days prior to load-in.
Property Protection & Liability
The contracting client assumes full financial and legal responsibility for the conduct of their guests and vendors. No permanent alterations, affixing of materials to walls, or use of non-approved pyrotechnics are permitted on the premises.
Cancellations & Force Majeure
Retainers are strictly non-refundable. In the event of unforeseen tropical weather advisories (e.g., named hurricanes affecting the immediate area) or official force majeure, Grace Collection will honor date rescheduling within a twelve-month window, subject to estate availability.
